Maintainer entry point
The maintainer’s public entry point is the WilliamLevels GitHub profile. Use a contact method the maintainer makes available there. This wiki does not publish a dedicated support mailbox or operate a message form. A profile link does not promise a private channel or a fixed response deadline.
Content corrections
Include the wiki URL, the sentence or asset affected and what should change. A relevant announcement, product description or current-game example helps distinguish a new change from an older guide. For a video problem, identify the article and the visible error. Separate a factual correction from a preference about the editorial purchase order.
Privacy and copyright requests
Describe the interaction or material involved without publishing passwords, payment details or a child’s private information. For copyright review, identify the work, your relationship to its owner, the exact page or asset and the requested correction or removal. If the public entry point does not provide an appropriate private channel, do not post sensitive documents there. The Privacy Policy and Copyright page explain the relevant services and ownership.
Official game support
Roblox account access, purchases and in-game faults belong to Roblox or the developer’s own support channels. The wiki cannot modify a Roblox account, grant a reward, refund a purchase or restore a Train run.
